UK Delivery

UK deliveries are typically shipped using a Royal Mail Signed Delivery service. Postage is calculated at a flat rate, based on the total amount of the purchase, as follows.  

Please note, the postage rate has been set to accommodate international orders. UK postage costs less.

Please feel free to Contact Us for a reduced UK postage rate. Payment by bank transfer required.              

International Delivery

International orders welcome. We deliver to most (but not all) international destinations, using Royal Mail. 

 
International deliveries are shipped at no additional postal charge (i.e. at the same postage rate as UK deliveries) using Royal Mail International Standard service (lower value order) or Royal Mail International Tracked service. Courier delivery services may be also be used as appropriate, or at customer request (additional cost will apply). 

Import charges may apply to international deliveries, depending on destination. Purchasing from our web shop you are agreeing to pay any import charges that your destination country may apply. These may be collected locally by the delivery provider. Failure to pay import charges may result in your order being returned to us. Any order returned to us for failure to pay any import charge will be liable for our original postal cost, plus 10% of value of order restocking charge..

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order to any destination if we have any concern over it arriving safely. Feel free to contact us if you live off the beaten track or somewhere with a shocking postal service!!  We reserve the right to cancel low value international orders if delivery is not cost effective. Please contact us regarding orders <£20.

We aim to despatch CustomDUO stock products within two working days, and generally the next working day. We make every effort to keep our on-line stock availability right up to date (and generally don't get caught out). When placing an order, please ensure that your email address is current, so that we can keep you informed of progress.
 
All Royal Mail services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days, after despatch. Note, this time frame can be longer.

Note - We must allow delivery service 25 working days for EU, and 30 working days for rest of world, before we can take further action, in the rare event of lost delivery.
 

Please note that we are a small manufacturing business. Officially we work Mon-Thurs (excluding public holidays). We are closed Friday - Sundays. If away for longer periods we will generally provide notice on calendar.
